SMS

We only collect your financial SMS data from the last 12 months, including sender name, transaction description, and amount, for credit risk assessment and to expedite loan approval and repayment processes. Your personal SMS content will not be read, stored, or shared. The relevant data will be uploaded to ZoomAdvance servers (https://www.sprintmoney.net) and kept strictly confidential and protected.

Contacts

To improve your credit profile and facilitate referrals for loan applications, we will access information about all contacts in your phone book, including name, number, and date added. We will never store, share, or transmit this data to any third party. Contact information will be uploaded to ZoomAdvance's servers (https://www.sprintmoney.net) and kept strictly confidential.

Call Logs

If you authorize us to access your call logs, we will conduct a credit risk assessment via voice call to confirm that you have successfully installed our app. To ensure network security, we will only download and transfer call logs to our servers (https://www.sprintmoney.net) with your explicit consent. We will never share this data with third parties and only collect call logs from the last hour.

Installed Apps

To assess user behavior and risk, we monitor and collect information about installed apps, including app name, package name, and installation time. This data is uploaded to our servers (https://www.sprintmoney.net) using encrypted HTTPS and is never shared with third parties.

Master Account

ZoomAdvance may request access to your master account information to conduct risk assessments and provide you with pre-approved loan offers. This information is encrypted and uploaded to an external server (https://www.sprintmoney.net) for use in identifying and analyzing user behavior and risk, thereby effectively preventing fraud.

Calendar

To help you maintain timely payments and maintain a positive credit history, we may request access to your calendar. We only collect information about the financial transactions marked on your calendar and upload this data to our server (https://www.sprintmoney.net) via HTTPS. This data is never shared with third parties.

Phone Number

To prevent fraud and ensure the loan applicant is genuine, we use your phone's IMEI number. We do not automatically obtain user phone numbers to complete the login process, nor do we store data on unapproved applicants. In case of questions, this information will be uploaded to our customer service staff and external consultants (https://www.sprintmoney.net) for analysis and review to assess the risk of multiple loans, loan approvals, and fraud prevention.

Location Information

Microphone

ZoomAdvance may use a microphone to record video for identity verification during the loan process, ensuring account security and streamlining the process. Camera data will be provided to ZoomAdvance's servers (https://www.sprintmoney.net) and protected and kept confidential.

Personal Information We Collect

We are continually striving to minimize the amount of personal information we collect from ZoomAdvance users. When you contact us for support, report bugs or other vulnerabilities, or interact with us through social media, we may process your information. When using our services, we process public wallet addresses generated by ZoomAdvance to assess credit eligibility and expedite loan disbursements. To properly use our services, we need to access certain phone permissions, such as address book, SMS, and camera. You can contact our customer service center at any time to request deletion of your personal information. We will not use or process your personal information except as expressly provided in this Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for persons under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from users under the age of 18.
